Who receives your enquiry.

Revenue Digital is the web design studio responsible for responding to your enquiry. You can contact us about your information at hello@revenuedigital.co.uk.

What you share and why.

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and project message. You may also share a business name, website, budget, timing or phone number. We use these details to respond, discuss a potential project and prepare a proposal. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing list.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through this form.

How your message reaches us.

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. FormSubmit processes the form and forwards your enquiry to our business inbox, hosted by DeoMail. Text copies of incoming enquiries are also sent to our Proton Mail inbox so we can keep up with messages. FormSubmit uses spam checks and retains form submissions for up to 30 days. Its privacy terms explain its handling of form data.

You can email us directly if you prefer. An email link opens your own email application and uses your email provider to send the message.

Questions or changes.

If you need to correct your details or want us to remove an enquiry, email hello@revenuedigital.co.uk. We keep correspondence needed to manage enquiries and agreed project work; a deletion request may need to take account of records we are required to retain.

Website preferences.

The site follows your device’s reduced-motion setting. It does not save theme or animation preferences in your browser. The form’s external spam check is handled by its provider.
